Credit Card Receivables

The merchant cash advances are paid for with a percentage of the credit card transactions only. Instead of requiring collateral, assets, or high credit scores, Credit Card sales determine the amount of the advance. No specific requirement of collateral or assets. This occurs when financiers purchase a percentage of a business’ future credit card sales at a discounted rate. Essentially, it’s a way to get immediate cash flow based on your future accounts receivable from credit cards.
